I was flying from Vars to Tete de Fouran close to St Crepin, arriving below the summit. After gaining enough height, I set course to Clotinaille when my flarm started beeping. Looking out for another glider, I only saw it when it was very close by, behind and below me.

The lesson for me is that I need to look for other gliders even more than I already do.
